AD Group were approached by LB Waltham Forest and were asked to put together a proposal to secure the 3 blocks that are on this site.

The solution was to install Bespoke security Gates to each of the blocks along with new Video Intercom System from EI Systems Ltd, to the rear of the estate was an open road that lead to a newly built small block of flats.

​

The issue was that this block was separate to the main estate but to provide effective Security to the blocks the rear access had to be secured.

​

A New Double leaf Automated Gate was manufactured by Ad Metalworks along with a Intercom controlled Pedestrian gate and railings.

​

The new build block Intercom system was upgraded to a 2 Entrance System allowing visitors to call from the newly installed Pedestrian Gate.

Each gate was fitted with a KMS fob reader and networked back to a central GSM controller, the fobs for this site were administered via the KMS Cloud system Portal.
