It was requested we investigate why a a door entry system was not working after a power cut.

After investigation we found that 2 main power supplies for the door entry system that control the panels to be faulty, also the power supply feeding the access control system was burnt out from the recent power cut, these parts were also obsolete. We had also been informed by residents that they were having video issues.

After speaking with our client it was decided we would proceed with a replacement door entry system to bring the block more up to date.

We installed x2 new door entry panels with stainless steel surrounds, and each property was fitted with a new video handset.
