London and Quadrant requested we survey an estate in East London comprising of approximately 60 doors, due to anti social behaviour and vagrants sleeping in the lobby's of some of the blocks.

 

We carried out a full site survey and concluded the main issue was the poor electronic locking systems that were installed on each door.

A proposal was put forward for us to design, manufacture and install bespoke magnetic door posts consisting of three 850lbs magnetic locks.

​

Our client agreed to our proposal and issued the instruction for us to replace all electronic locks with magnetic doors posts. Each magnetic door post was bespoke to each door.

Since the work was completed ASB and vagrant issues have reduced by 90%.
